Cake Napoleon ~ 35 minutes


Delicious yet very simple to make cake everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar powder (or sugar substitute),
  • 1 lbs (450gr) sour cream,
  • 250 gr puff dough (roll -in flat)
Preparation:
Using parchment paper bake each dough piece
in the oven till it rise
(400 F for 3-4 minutes):


Prepare the cream : using an electric mixer with a wire whip, combine the sour cream and sugar powder together:


Let cool completely at room temperature:


When cooled, start assembling -

spread cream over one cake:


Continue the same process till all cakes are used:

Cut off the edges. Chill for 30 minutes.
