Egg Stuffed Tomato
~ 20 minutes


Healthy tasty and quick snack!


Ingredients:
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut out the center of tomato:


Break an egg into tomato, add salt and pepper. Place in baking dish:

Preheat the oven at 430 F and cook till the egg white is hard (~15 minutes).
Serve cold or warm. You can also stuff the tomato with egg white only.
Try greens, cheese and mushrooms also!
