Apple pie Charlotte ~ 30 minutes


Tastes great with both sweet
or sour apples !


Ingredients:
  • 5 green apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar

    Preparation:
    Mix baking soda with vinegar. Baking soda should make the vinegar froth:


    Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda:


    Spray oven safe bowl with cooking spray and
    add skinned chopped into small pieces apples:

    Pour the dough into the bowl:


    Mix the dough with apples:


    Preheat the oven t0 425 F. Put the bowl in. Cook for 25 minutes:


    Make sure the pie is fully cooked by sticking a tooth pick into the center of the pie.
    After removing the tooth pick make sure the tooth pick comes out dry.
