refreshing appetizer:
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or provolone
- 2 garlic cloves
- mayo
Preparation:
Slice tomatoes to a 1/2 inches thickness:
Squeeze garlic into small bowl, add cheese and 1 tablespoon mayo. Mash with fork:
Place the mixture on tomatoes.
