Cranberry Sauce Stuffed Chicken Breast


Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
salt & pepper

Preparation:
Beat chicken with meat hammer until thin.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Divide cranberry sauce into 2 portions.
(Will use 1 later).
Place cranberry sauce(about 3 tablespoons)
on one half of the chicken breast.

Start with one end of the breast and
fold it up onto the other side.
Secure with toothpicks.


Heat olive oil in pan.
Cook each side of chicken breasts until golden brown (1 minute each side)



Place stuffed chicken in the oven safe dish.
Add remaining 1/2 can of cranberry sauce.


Cover dish with foil and put in 350 F degree oven.
Cook for 50 minutes.
