FANTASTIC idea. Thank you for making this site! Question - on these ingredients "1 1/2 cups of sugar powder (or sugar substitute),
450 gr of sour cream,
250 gr of puff dough (roll -in flat):" Can they (and future ones) be written also in the other mode of measuring? I'm not readily familiar with grams, I'm used to 1 C(up) or 1/4 C or 3 T(ablespoons) or 1/8 t(easpoon) type of thing so have to go on the net or find a cookbook to find a conversion chart. Also, just curious - what is "sugar powder (or sugar substitute"? Is sugar powder a British (or other) name for regular sugar? Or is it the same as what we call powdered sugar, i.e. confectioner's sugar? The alternative, sugar substitute, could that be Splenda? Sweet n Low? type of thing? i.e. artificial sweetner? THANKS!

Hi Julie! Thanks for visiting! :)

I will rewrite all recipes and use different kinds of measuring for more convenience in future.

As for ingredients: sugar powder = powdered sugar. Sugar substitute = artificial sweetener. Sorry for misleading.
